Jordan Kilganon is a professional dunker from Sudbury, Ontario, and by most accounts the greatest dunker of all time. In December 2025 he won the inaugural DUNKMAN series on TNT, defeating 40 of the world's best dunkers to claim the $200,000 prize, the latest milestone in a career that has redefined what is possible in the air. He has invented over 300 dunks and now has his own signature shoe with Serious Player Only.
Named after Michael Jordan, Kilganon was dunking on a lowered hoop before he could walk and grew up obsessed with low-rim dunking in Sudbury, training three to four hours a day. He did not land his first real dunk until around 16, but once he went all-in after high school the progression was explosive. His legend took hold when Hoopmixtape flew the unknown kid from Canada to Los Angeles and he destroyed a 720 on his first-ever attempt, a dunk many still call one of the greatest ever performed.
From there came the moments that made him a household name: the 2016 NBA All-Star Weekend Scorpion thrown in jeans, and the Gary Payton lost-and-found video that remains one of the most-viewed clips the NBA has ever posted. Known for his signature Scorpion and an endlessly creative bag, Kilganon has also built respected jump-training programs and continues to headline the biggest stages in the dunk world.
