Piotr Grabowski, who competes as Grabo, is a 6’0” dunker from Poland. He goes off two feet with a left-right plant, and the dunk attached to his name is a double-up eastbay: two between-the-legs passes inside a single jump, one going up and one coming down.

He has won the FIBA 3x3 World Cup dunk contest three times, in Antwerp in 2022, Vienna in 2023 and Ulaanbaatar in 2025. The Antwerp final put him ahead of Remco Frankin of the Netherlands and Kristaps Dargais of Latvia. In Vienna he finished ahead of Joel Henry and fellow Pole Rafal Lipinski. He had already taken silver at the same event in Amsterdam in 2019.

On the FIBA 3x3 World Tour he won Prague in 2018 and again in 2019, Debrecen in 2019, the Prague Masters in 2022 in an all-Polish final over Lipinski and Bartosz Szwed, and the Maurice Lacroix contest in Ulaanbaatar in 2024. He was third at the 2019 World Tour Final in Utsunomiya. In June 2026 he won Kings of Air in Riga, the Latvian contest that doubles as the closing event of the European season.

That same month FIBA retired the individual dunk contest at its World Cup and replaced it with DUNK MANIA, a three-man team format, and Grabowski captained the winning side in Warsaw. He drafted Chen Dengxing of China and Dmytro Krivenko of Ukraine, and the win books him a captain’s spot at the 2027 edition in Singapore.

He also holds a Guinness World Record for the highest between-the-legs dunk, set in London on January 20, 2023, on a rim raised to 3.20 metres, roughly 15 centimetres above NBA regulation height.

Grabowski is a Red Bull athlete and runs a show schedule alongside the contest calendar. By his own count he has taken close to eighty contest wins across roughly 230 performances, and he lists his vertical at over 121 centimetres, a shade under 48 inches. Those figures come from him rather than from a measured test, but the contest results behind them are all a matter of public record.

The span is the part worth noting. He was medalling at World Tour stops in 2018 and he was still winning World Cup gold in 2025, over a stretch in which the standard at those events climbed steeply and the field went from a handful of regulars to a full international circuit.
