August 4, 2026 — DunkMan League Group C tips off tonight at 8PM ET on TNT (also streaming on TBS, truTV and HBO Max), live from Overtime Elite Arena in Atlanta. Six dunkers, one night, and the stakes just went up: the group winner takes home $25,000 and a ticket straight to the World Championship on August 25 for a shot at the full $500,000 grand prize. On top of that, there’s a separate $10,000 bonus on the table for whoever lands the single best dunk of the night — win or lose your group, land the right dunk and you’re still walking away with a bag.
MEET GROUP C
This might be the deepest field the League has run out yet. It’s headlined by Isaiah Rivera, who a lot of people (myself included) consider the favorite to win this group — a 50.5-inch tested vertical paired with maybe the most creative dunk package in the sport, including his signature 360 Behind-the-Back Between-the-Legs.
Standing in his way is Darius Clark, the Guinness World Record holder for the highest running-start vertical leap on the planet. Clark keeps rewriting his own record — 50 inches in 2022, 51 at Dunk Camp 2025, and most recently an absurd 53 inches at FanaticsFest earlier this year, now the top mark on our own Vertical Jump Rankings. A former Texas A&M long jumper with 567,000 Instagram followers, Clark is arguably the biggest wildcard in the whole League right now.
Then there’s Vadym Piddubchenko, known to the dunk world as “Miller,” a 6’4″ two-time FIBA 3×3 World Tour Dunk Contest champion out of Stakhanov, Ukraine. Hyrum Fechser brings maybe the wildest backstory in the field — a former Utah track standout with a 23-foot long jump and a 6’7″ high jump to his name, who didn’t dunk until 14 and now owns a documented 48.5-inch vertical. Aeramiah Binford is a 6’6″ power dunker and one of the only people alive who can land an eastbay-to-behind-the-back, while New Williams rounds out the group as a pro basketball player — a rising star out of Inglewood putting in real work in Dunkademics sessions.
OUR PREDICTION
I’ll go with Isaiah Rivera here — his combination of raw vertical and creativity is still the best all-around package in the League. That said, don’t sleep on Darius Clark. Nobody in this sport is jumping higher right now, and if he puts a clean dunk on top of that 53-inch pop, he could walk away with the $10,000 best-dunk bonus regardless of who wins the group.
