Darius Clark is a 5ft10 professional dunker from Blue Springs, Missouri, the Guinness World Record holder for the highest max vertical leap, and the 24th and final athlete added to the DUNKMAN League on TNT in Summer 2026, competing for a $500,000 grand prize. He is the Guinness World Record holder for the highest vertical leap with a running start, set at 50 inches in 2022 and then surpassed with a 51" vertical at Dunk Camp 2025 in Farmington, Utah. Then he set the record again at FanaticsFest in 2026, jumping an asounding 53 inches
A former Texas A&M long jumper, Clark transitioned from track and field to professional dunking full-time and is widely regarded as the highest-jumping human being on the planet. With 567,000 Instagram followers, Clark is one of the most prominent dunkers in the world and a key figure in the Dunkademics community.
Dunkman League 2026. He finished second in Group Stage C on August 4 with 8.70, behind Isaiah Rivera. His 8.70 was inside the wildcard places until Group Stage D on August 11, when Jordan Southerland and Dylan Haugen both scored higher and pushed him out. He did not advance. The Dunkman League runs four group stages of six at the Overtime Elite Arena in Atlanta. The four group winners advance to the World Championship on August 25 along with the four highest scoring non-winners across all groups, for a field of eight and a $500,000 prize.
