Forty-eight inches at six foot is elite territory. It puts his hand around eleven feet nine, which is enough clearance to stack two moves inside one jump, and the reverse 360 windmill is exactly that: a full rotation and a windmill taken against the natural arm swing, finished with his back to the rim and no sight of it.
The reverse is the part that makes it hard rather than the spin. Finishing blind means the ball has to be placed from memory at the point where the rotation ends, and any error in the turn shows up as a miss rather than as a scrappy make.
