Miroslav Eletskii is a Russian dunker from St Petersburg and the only two-time champion of the DKB dunk contest in Fiorenzuola d’Arda, the longest-running dunk contest in Italy.
He first turned up there in July 2023 and went out in the opening round, though he was already the one people talked about afterwards, clearing the roof of a car with a 360. He came back in 2024 dressed as the Joker and won it, becoming the first Russian to take an international dunk contest. He then defended it on July 5, 2025 at Piazzale Darwin, out of a seven-man field that included Chris Staples, Tyler Currie, Kirill Miroshnichenko and Jonathan Edwards, reaching a three-man final and taking the champion’s belt for a second year.
At home he won the dunk contest at the ASB All-Star Game on February 4, 2023, representing St Petersburg. That final finished level and was settled on a tiebreak attempt worth 45 points, with Ilya Gerasimov, Aleksey Shilov and Pavel Tuev behind him. He has also won the dunk contest at the ASB 3x3 Superfinal more than once.
Russian coverage credits him with third place at the FIBA 3x3 World Tour Lausanne Masters in 2021 and says he was the first Russian to compete in a World Tour dunk contest, which would predate the DKB run by three years. That comes from a single outlet and no FIBA page publishes the full podium from that stop, so it sits alongside the record rather than inside it.
He was announced to defend the DKB belt again in 2026 and did not appear. The contest went ahead on July 4 without him and Chen Dengxing took the belt, with Miroshnichenko third, so the two-year run stands at 2024 and 2025.
